Thank God It’s Natural!!!!
If I could tell you how many times I’ve spent a pretty penny on “natural” hair care products for my curls that were supposed to make them happy but instead made them extremely disappointed! Whew Chile.
I am happy to report that TGIN has been an absolute FAVORITE natural hair care line as of yet! I have used just about every line TGIN offers but wanted to share my Fall/Winter regimen as the temperature is dropping and it’s especially important to have a consistent bi-weekly routine to maintain healthy curls during the peak hair shedding periods; typically during the fall but can carry into the winter months. The below routine protects my hair from the roots, restoring the moisture and maintaining my crown’s softness and shine.
My Cool Weather TGIN Wash Day Routine:
- Wash and Condition with TGIN Moisture Rich Sulfate Free Shampoo and Triple Moisture Replenishing Conditioner
- Detangle with Denman Brush
- Rinse thoroughly
- Generously apply the Miracle RepaiRx Strengthening Reconstructor and Mask Duo for Curl Food Daily Moisturizer
- Detangle once more with Denman Brush and pin up in plastic shower cap
- Use Heated Deep Conditioning Cap (follow instructions provided with product)
- Rinse hair thoroughly
- Style with Miracle RepaiRx Curl Food Daily Moisturizer
- Diffuse until fully dry; I use Moriah’s Diffusing method IG handle: @moriahthecurlmender
