Ingredients:
4-5 Boneless Chicken Thighs
1.5 tbsp of CWNH Season with A(ll) Purpose Seasoning
1.5 tbsp of CWNH Season with Love Poultry & Seafood Seasoning
2 tbsp of CWNH The Pizza & Pasta Blend
1 tbsp of Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp of ground black pepper
3 tbsp of Kerrygold Butter (salted)
2 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
7 Simple Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
2. Remove excess fat from Boneless Chicken Thighs using a filet knife
3. Thoroughly Clean your boneless chicken thighs in the following solution: 2-3 cups of water (cover chicken thighs), 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar with the mother, and 3 tbsp of sea salt
4. In a casserole dish, add your spices and olive oil
5. Add your clean chicken thighs to the casserole dish and coat your chicken with the mixture by hand or with a silicone spoon–Note: I like to wear Black Disposable kitchen gloves to massage my chicken; this ensures an even coating. Add butter (sliced evenly on top of uncooked chicken thighs).
6. Cover and Bake for 45 min-1 hour or until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees
7. Remove from oven, baste your chicken with the herb butter gravy at the bottom of your casserole dish. Let Rest, Serve, Enjoy!
